One year of cosmika – a look behind the scenes

One year of cosmika. A year full of development, encounters, and quiet yet meaningful moments. What began as an intuitive impulse—without a grand plan, without a fixed structure—has evolved into a passion project.

A project that builds bridges:
Between ancient knowledge and modern research,
between intuition and reason,
and above all: between people.

The beginning: From the idea to the lived vision

When we launched cosmika, we didn't know where the journey would lead. But we did know: there needs to be more spaces for genuine collaboration, for new ways of working, and for deeper, more honest exchange – in the business context as well as in personal life.

Therefore, our drive was and remains the desire to create meaningful connections. To create spaces where transformation is possible – for individuals, for teams, for organizations.

What we have learned: The path is rarely linear

One year later, we look back—not on a perfect success story, but on a real one. With ups, downs, twists, and quiet aha moments.

We have learned that:

  • Courage is often the first step – and that it sometimes only becomes apparent when you do something.
  • Successes are not always loud – sometimes they are inconspicuous, and that is precisely why they are so meaningful.
  • Resistance is part of it – and it is precisely when we are about to give up that new solutions can emerge.
  • Friction is a gift – if we are willing to look honestly and stay in relationship.

These quiet turning points, these inner processes, have perhaps changed us more than major milestones ever could.

Our greatest learning? Trust.

And of course, we might have wished to have progressed further after just one year.
More reach, more formats, more structure.

But instead we found something else:
Trust.

Trust in ourselves.
Into the process.
Into what emerges when we stick with it, stay present, stay real.

And we believe that this trust is the true basis for sustainable growth – both personally and in a business context.

New Work needs connection – not opposition

This year we have experienced how much power there is in genuine togetherness.
Not only in personal contact, but also in the way we work together.

We believe in a business world that is not about competition – but about co-creation.

Where feedback is not feared, but invited.
Where there is room for emotions, for intuition, for pauses – and for real dialogue.

What carried us: Team, cocoa & small steps

A big part of this journey was also our shared rhythm as a team.
We have learned to deal with tensions.
To speak out.
To see differences not as an obstacle, but as an invitation to depth.

And again and again it was the little things that had a big impact:

  • An honest check-in.
  • A laugh at the right moment.
  • A cup of cocoa together when your head was too full.

Thank you for being part of it

You accompanied cosmika – as a cocoa lover, as an ambassador and as a discussion partner.
We are infinitely grateful for that.

Because what we do, we do not just for ourselves – but for a greater whole.
For a new way of living together.
For more awareness, more connection, more courage to be authentic.

And now?

We're moving forward. Step by step.
With curiosity, with heart – and with you by our side.

Thank you for being part of this journey.
We are excited to see where it will take us next.

With gratitude,
Luisa, Ingo & Roman
